Today the Meerkats have really impressed me with their grown up attitude. We had our first go at a real maths test paper and they all did brilliantly! Everyone was thinking carefully about which method to use, checking their answers twice and working really quietly. I am sure you will be just as proud of them as I am!

Wow! So many of you have had a go at all of our Easter challenges on Education City. A huge well done to Caitlyn P, Calum, Emily, Daisy, Ella-Louise, Ellie B, Laila-Rose, Kyle B, Caitlyn D, Grace, Tean, Scarlet and Olivia. Let’s see if we can get even more of us doing our homework next week!

Here are 2 Meerkats who did some AMAZING work in their numeracy lesson today. We were partitioning numbers into tens and ones, which can help us with our adding and taking away. These two boys even managed to get onto partitioning 3 digit numbers into hundreds, tens and ones! I am really proud of how hard they worked and their positive attitude.

Well done to Emily, Caitlyn P, Grace, Olivia and Theo for completing last week’s Education City homework! You all did a fantastic job. I wonder how many Meerkats can have a go at our Easter challenges over the holidays? There are some Phonics, Literacy, Numeracy and Science games for you to tackle. Have fun!
